The picturesque village of Filzmoos, overlooked by the striking and imposing Bischofsmutze and Dachstein mountains, is one of the most spectacular walking areas in Austria. Just a one hour transfer from Salzburg airport, it is an ideal location from which to explore the many secrets of Salzburgerland. The many stunning walks include ‘Above The Aualm’ which was judged to be ‘the most beautiful walk in Austria’. Coen and Martin from ‘Filzmoos Aktiv’ will be your walking guides. They will discuss with you on a daily basis the most appropriate walk for your group. Six guided walks are included in the cost of your holiday. Groups of 10 have their own personal guide. Should your group reach 20, two guides will be available, thus catering for those who walk at a leisurely pace as well as those who are quicker. If you come individually or in a small party, your walks will coordinate with the walking programme provided by Filzmoos Aktiv.
