Your host will be Dante Simoncini, the owner of the delightful Hotel Torretta. He is passionate about Tuscan culture and invites you to share the art, music, heritage and language of his homeland. You will find that the Tuscan cuisine is excellent and the service and hospitality is exemplary.
You are invited to share an afternoon at the Simoncini family farm house. You will be able to taste their olive oil. Those who wish to learn how to prepare a traditional Italian dish can do so under the direction of the hotel chef.
