Reservations
BOOKING
Please complete your booking form and return it togetherwith a deposit of £100/person to the address shown on the back page.
YOUR CONFIRMATION
A confirmation invoice will be forwarded to you within seven days of us receiving your completed booking form.
AMENDMENTS
If you require any amendments to your booking these must be received by us in writing. Charges for altering flight bookings will be passed on to you to a maximum of £50. Should a revised or additional invoice be necessary there will be a fee of £20 EXCEPT when you are adding to the number of people in your party.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Travel details will be sent to you on receipt of your final payment.
FINAL PAYMENT
Your final payment is due not less than eight weeks before departure. Details of this payment are included on your confirmation invoice. The balance due should be sent to us together with details regarding your booking reference number. Should the balance remain unpaid, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
WHAT YOUR HOLIDAY PRICE INCLUDES
1. Accommodation at the luxury 3*/4*/5* hotel . Should our partner hotel not be available, we will accommodate you at a similarly rated hotel in the resort.
2. Access to all the hotel’s facilities.
3. A full buffet style breakfast and a three/four course evening meal. The holidays in Abano Terme are on a full-board basis.
4. All local resort taxes, airport taxes and Air Departure Tax
5. Return flights and all resort transfers.
6. Holiday protection assured through a substantial bond lodged with the Civil Aviation Authority.
7. The services of our representative throughout your stay.
WHAT YOUR HOLIDAY PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
1. Meals or drinks on route.
2. Any transport to and from your departure point except when specifically offered as part of the package price.
3. Holiday insurance.
4. Flight supplements that are charged to us following the confirmation of your booking up to a maximum of £20 per person
5. Single room supplements.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
In the event of any of the prices or details contained in this brochure changing since the brochure was printed, you will be informed about any relevant alterations at the time of booking.

The air holidays in this brochure are ATOL Protected, since we hold an Air Travel Organisers Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority.
